The character Marino from the game Mega Man X Command Mission. This animation was revised recently and I personally consider it smoother than it used to look originally.

It is a great animation and i think the hair is well done and has a super style,i like those vortices. :)
The colorchoice is good and all in all the piece looks very smooth and cool! :)
It is a good piece, but the one thing that bothers me is the hair [in the back]. I've not seen the in-game sprite, but it does not seem natural. But it seems to me that the hair ought to bounce up and down instead of its current yoyo-like contractions.
