Fourth one in the series, featuring a Post-apocalypse theme. Yes, this must obviously includes anthronomorphic animal mutants.
So before I choose a palette for the forth one, I already knew what theme I wanted to do, so I went onto lospec with a pretty strong idea about what kind of colors I was looking for. And I didn't find anything that quite matched what I was looking for, so...

We can call it Mutant-16 if that name isn't taken yet.

Probably the last one of these I do in a while, now I long to work with nice big clusters. But there are still a lot of cool 16-color palettes out there, so I might return some day.
