As part of a wolfenstein-styled retro fps I've been working on, I developed several tests on producing a workable waterfall. I'm still not sure which version I ultimately like more. But part of the initial goal was to make a waterfall that felt soothing and had a good medium flow to it. I like the look of the left side (earlier) iteration better, but I don't like how fast and rushed it moves.
As I continue to chip away at more assets for this game, I may return to this a final time and rework the look again. |
