I've never owned a C64, yet I've always admired its palette and the creativity that led to some great designs despite the machine's limitations, especially in the wide pixel multicolor mode. Here's my attempt to create some sprites for that mode, adhering to limitations such as double-width pixles, 3 colors per sprite and a maximum sprite size of 12x21 pixels. The palette I used is 'Commodore64' from Aseprite palette list. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks a lot. I'm quite happy with the result and was quite surprised how much detail I can add even with those restrictions. This is the type of pixel-art where every single pixel matters. The piece I'm most proud of is probably the blue archer in the 3rd row. He looks quite intimidating and I was even able to add quiver with arrows :)
