A fearsome boss concept for a retro-style game. He awaits the player deep in a dark lava grotto, his glowing, rotating core on his chest both a source of his curse and his immortality. Magma flows from his arm, and lava spills from his helmet as he breathes heavily, ready to unleash chaos. Inspired by dark fantasy and retro games.

I like how the red underlight pulses slightly. Very effective animation considering the frame count, too!
