Thank you! I also had some initial reservations with the palette/mode, yet somehow I made it work for this in spite of the harsh restrictions. I think that's part of the charm I feel for C64 pixelart, it's both equally fun and infuriating at the same time. It's certainly a relief to have it finished, as it sat in limbo for too long before I mustered the energy/confidence to get it done.

I need to work on that, in spite of health issues that get in the way... I've far too-many unfinished ideas/concepts/pieces gathering dust.

I loved the avatar version of this but never rated or commented as it was when I was less active on here. Well, I'm back now so I can tell you how great I think this is! I don't think the C64 palette lends itself to sunny beach scenes but you've made it work incredibly well.

I see! I like 3D modeling as well. What's nice about this is that you can use your own models as references for drawing, pixel art, etc. I'm sorry about your inflamed arm... I also know what it's like to have an art piece laying around for long enough, haha.

Thanks. I'd been on a little hiatus from pixelart to learn 3d modelling (and then when I picked things up again had to take a further two/three month break due to an inflamed nerve in my 'drawing' arm) so felt like it was appropriate to get this one finished; she'd been waiting long enough
