Nah, I think you could do way better than this! I don't know what restrictions you were set but the buildings look really strange. I've never thought that I'd say something like this but I think you should decrease the contrast on these tiles. A nice piece, but could benefit from a better palette.
The curbs look way too tall, and the color of the roads is a bit dark. I like the dirty appearance of the buildings but they could use a few large details like doors and windows. The water is a bit over-textured.
