It's pretty good! The background really stands out here, I love it!
Charizard could use some work, but it's generally a tough Pokémon to draw/sprite imo. I'd start by working on ironing out what we call "jaggies," lines that are a little jagged that you could make into a more smooth curve, like on its neck and wings. https://pixelart.fandom.com/wiki/Jaggies
Specifically for Pokémon, I use Bulbapedia's gallery for reference images. Use card art, official game art and sprites etc. to get the pose more organic. It's standing rather awkwardly, especially the legs. They are typically the same thickness all the way through, ending in a defined foot. The leg on our right is pretty good in this regard, tho it could be thicker. The left one on our side, tho, could be a little better, maybe all one thickness or angle it a different way? It's a tricky position to get it to look right.
Also regarding the bottom of the wings, I'd line then with the darker blue to make them stand out from the BG, they get a little lost due to the colors.
Sorry this is a lot lol I think even just getting the jaggies under control would help out a lot here.
