Hey, this is a fun bit of art here! I like the character and colours. My one crit is about the composition of the piece. The way the neck and tree curve in the same direction/general shape is distracting.

Overall though, this is a great first piece! 

Good job! Your first pixel art always is kind of hard so ill post some tips:

1. make two back feet

2. I think you should place the front feet a little to the left, but thats my oppinion

 

Nice start but you should make it a little bit bigger

Well this is pretty nice although there may be too many colors, this sure is a way to start off pixeling, I wish i was as good as you when I started. I think I'm even gonna fav it because its really nice for first pixel art.
