As QueenKami said, I would make the topic clear before the user opens the art. Even having '(mature)' on the title isn't enough, since one may understand you're referring to a sexual art piece, and end up seeing something more triggering for them.
And it should be in the preview because not on all interfaces can you see the title from the beginning.
Hey! So we don't mind adding this one but I would like to ask you to update a few things due to the content/nature of the piece if you don't mind!
Mostly just add in the title/thumbnail something along the lines of "CW: Self Harm." I'd make sure to put it in the thumbnail for sure, since some people might not see the title and run on in anyway haha
