I call this scribble dithering! I literally just scribble with a 1px brush until it looks good and its one of my favorite ways to dither. Before I had access to good dithering brushes in procreate this is what I came up with.

Neccesity is the mother of innovation!

Really pretty! I feel like the consistent dithering is what makes the piece so cohesive overall :)
