A space that encompasses the two elements, namely hell and heaven, and the continuous struggle between the two.

I didn't know exactly if the people at the bottom of the work were considered NSFW, so i put in advance.

I personally don't the fellas on the bottom are a big issue so it's fine as is. I'd like to point out, tho, your piece has a very high color count that you could probably get down a little bit with some color condensing.
