The Flaming Lips are one of my favourite bands. 2006's At War with the Mystics isn't their best album, but it does have some great songs. I'd particularly recommend Pompeii am Gotterdammerung, especially if you're a Pink Floyd fan. Singer and general visionary Wayne Coyne is also a visual artist, and has done the covers for quite a few of the band's albums. This is probably my favourite of those paintings. It is also easily the most chaotic image I have ever pixelled. There are single pixels everywhere! Drawn for the Album Art Collab. Here are my current entries:
