Is finished? seems a unfinished work, but well good colors and design, for me needs any more of textured or details.

Shading is a bit strange. The muscles in the arm look a bit thrown together, maybe do some research on the composition of the human body, it will probobly help you get a more acurate representation of the tricep and bicep on your picture.

I like the hilt of the sword, nice gem, SUPERB gem I should say.
