I don't notice the AA. The AA colour is too light i think, and remember not to AA a 45 degree line too much. Nice character, but i personally think the palette is a bit dull. Perhaps to help the walk anim you could connect the closest foot to his body, so they don't seem to be attached to one side of him. Maybe his arm could swing, and the fuse bob? I think those would be nice touches.

i DO want him to look that way, and i dont want to make him look super 3d, i wanted him to be more flat, almost like paper mario or something, nothing overly realistic

um...if you didnt want him to look like that why didnt you fix it and then submit? anyways, I think the animation is ok, but the arms and body should move more, maybe some rotation? i dunno, it just seems too-cut and paste for my likings... I do however like the choice of colors!
fix those few things and itll be perfect. :)
