Really nice work, mate. You managed to include a lot of things in the picture despite the blocks restrictions, and it still it doesn't look messy. Nice dithering on the ground too! Only thing I'm not too sure about are the bright leaves behind dizzy... I feel they're too distracting and take the focus away from dizzy a bit.
It doesn't appear so, but fairly close.
Fun! Odd, those lines behind him leaping off the mushroom. 
I remember dizzy for the nes I think they were not licensed by Nintendo.
