wow...too much pillow shading I must say..the trees don't exactly blend in with the ground either. I mean, I know it's supposed to be surreal, or set in a subtle, cool, fantasy type setting, but it just doesn't fit in. Also, the ground looks like you just grayed it a bit, and used some type of transparency tool, to fade it in the background. Also, I noticed that some of the leaves on the ground seem to be duplicated(copied & pasted) throughout the piece. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, however in this case, it just doesn't work...It might be good for your desktop, but not exactly for pixel art. If I may, I think it would be best to submit something smaller, that way you can get a better sense of what pixel art is supposed to be, which is knowing and understanding where each pixel should be placed in order to create a great piece overall. Sure sloppiness can be fun, and even helpful to certain styles, but not this one.(sorry to blunt) I'd look this over before submitting it, and try detailing it up a little more by studying proper tree texture, and foliage...
