This reminds me both of Japanese prints and American woodcuts. Bits of it, especially in the tree, also make me think of PETSCII. It gets more fascinating the longer I look at it (especially at 2x or 3x zoom). Kudos on creating something that feels so fresh. I can't wait to see the next one!
