Cool design. A little bounch in the upper body would help the animation a lot, I think.

Also make the guy bop up and down, and the body move as well.

This is pretty cool, but I think the contrast could be upped. The animation needs work, you're missing a "passing" frame for the far leg, and the body should lift during the passing animation. Also, the hips should rotate.

was kinda goin for the chris look from resident evil *sigh* ta skull, i was aiming for a metal slug stylee sprite, its summit to get me goin again anyway ^_^

I dont like the fact that his pants are white.. makes no sense!
