I swear I rushed this very fast.  Not been having all the spriting time I've wanted lately.  It SHOULD be 15 colors, but photoshop was telling me otherwise when I gave it a transparency.  Done in GraphicsGale.  It's like an anime incarnation self portrait, except my hair isn't necissarily that long in the back : P.  Tried to go for a cel shaded look.

It seems like you still shouldn't have needed 15 colors.
The eyes are both posistioned in such a way that it appears cross eyed.
