been a minute since i drew anything. had a friend over last week, and then didn't have a whole lot of motivation after that. honestly, the fact that i got this done at all is pretty surprising, since i was not really feeling it most of this week. this piece is a bit of an inconsistent one as a result of the motivation issue, but at least i got it done.

on the one hand, i'm really happy with several aspects of this: her squishiness comes across nicely (good skindentation), her feet look nice, and i'm very happy with the shading (especially the outline, although the transparency requirement of pixeljoint means it might not look ideal here).

on the other hand, there are some bad things: pretty early in the process i got really frustrated and cropped out her hand, which just looks bad, and i also had intended on drawing an actual background (to justify the slight AA against dark) but just... didn't have it in me.

it's... also a bit foot-forward. i don't have any defense for this (i don't really have a fetish around feet, in that i have no sexual interest in them, but i do think they can look very nice).

anyway, it's named selva since i've drawn this catgirl enough times that i figure she deserves a name, and after a few minutes with a random name generator, i've concluded that selva is her name.

note: as mentioned, the edges are slightly AAed (or something like that) assuming a dark background, so as a result, it looks best with one (i had intended on drawing a real BG but... didn't). It might look a bit weird on PJ as a result.
