Amazing! I briefly considered trying tcsc/Xvln but couldn't think of a decent concept (maybe 'decent' is the wrong word...). This is absolute gold.
Very funny and charming, and I have so much respect for the challenging pose and the choice to push yourself with the feet, which came out great—especially her left one (our right).
I kepe meaning to ask tcsc what their process is; whether they start from a full reference or if they've just memorized anatomical proportions really well. How did you approach it?
Hah, yeah. I considered adding a parody "SFW" tag to the preview
Gotta be honest: there were way too much clothing in the preview for me to think this was actually xvln :v
I definitely had a full reference, would've taken me ages to improvise something like this. It was something that I found on pinterest, blocked out a mannequin-style rendition of the bones/shapes, and then did the detail rendering. Along the way I also modified the proportions until it was a body type I liked, stopping short of exaggerating the anatomy to anime-like levels (so it's definitely not a perfect xvln emulation!). The costume was a different reference of 'judge robes' that I just approximated in, using a palette borrowed from one of xvln's other pieces with a character wearing black. Detailing 'pleated black cloth' was tricky as well, especially in the limited color bands that xvln tends towards
edit: here is the pinterest ref, but I suspect that this itself is based on a stock photo from AdorkaStock, despite not being able to locate an exact duplicate
