Here's a mock-up of a game I'm also planning to make. It took really long to get it right, and I'd like to thank everyone at Pixel and Pixelation for the critism.

I really like the sprites and tiles separately, but I don't think the varying views work well together at all.

Awsome..I love the style of characters and monsters...I love the way the pallete of the trees/grass/dirt/etc. give it a very earthy story book feel..  The only thing is i'm going to have to agree with Jalonso, they blend way to much.. It could over time become straining to try and pick out the monsters/creatures from the background.

All in all I think its cool though A+

Great visualization. The sprites blend in a little too much but that's just nitpicking.
