I second jalonso's opinion of the black, either use it more consistently throughout the image, or replace it with the next darkest colour.

Given the pose of the arm it looks as though it should be at least as near to the camera as the head, and so looks disproportionately small.

Otherwise very nice.

Very cool looking image. There is one color used on the one eye and around the cigar that at least on my compy looks terrible. Maybe soften that shade or delete it altogether, imo.
