The animation, pose and style are all great. I must agree that it has an unfinishied/unpolished look that sadly brings this down. I would consider coming back to this and reworking it cuz its really cool.

I like the Capcom-esque animated energy coming off of the sprite. However, the sprite itself, still needs a bit of work. It seems unfinished, and unrefined. Kinda' like it was finished mid-way, and sent in. I'd try putting a little more shine in his metalic armor, if thats what it is. Also, the sheild somes kinda bland atm.
