If it was possible for you to extend the box 40*40 pixels you could continue the slash a little further but since I guess that's not possible I think this rox! However, like Pawige says it almost looks as if the lower part of his left leg grows as he bends down! Keep up the good work!

This could use a bit of work. If he's supposed to be clubbing people with the hilt of the blade I can see it working fine, but if he's supposed to be slashing the sword it should probably rotate downwards and follow-through a bit before returning to the neutral pose. Also, watch out for changes in the size of bits of him, as I see a bit of that going on, and it weakens the animation.
You've got a nice start, you just need to take it a bit further still. Feel free to PM me if you need some more pointers
