Concept is very nice (does have a very chaos warrior flavor), but..
there's a lot of jaggies about the place
skin to black transition is too strong, suggest you stretch the skin blend down a bit
collar looks lopsided
the inverted shading on the lowest blobs, make them look like translucent droplets, but not unambiguously so, if they are meant to be then some strong specular highlights would help
reminds me of a minature type thing from a game called warhammer, chaos i think, pretty damn kool, im into all this wierd looking pixel art stuff, gj ^_^
