Nice first piece. Looks good zoomed out - though his left eye seems a bit weird. An interesting dithering technique you have, but it seems you missed to finish a part of green under the mirror. When zoomed in, the outlines look a bit jaggy, I suggest you get rid of them or try to blend them in. Personally I would get rid of the flat surfaces too (shade the yello wall and the clothes). But again, great pixels overall!

minimal colours, good body reference. The right side of his head looks a tad off, but it is BRILLIANT
