perhaps NOW it's over-rated. But pixel joint was still quite new in 2004, thus the "standard of quality" was much lower. And everyone's skill was wasn't as good.

I noticed it right when I first saw it, along with the fact that is now has a preview. I think it looks much better now.

Very keen eye Brian. I cleaned up a lot of the rogue pixels, desaturated and changed the shirt and bandana color. Knocked a ton of colors out.

need work on your anatomy. legs seem out of proportion compared to his torso and arms.Also the shading is a bit dull.

Ah the familiar lizard warrior from pixelation :) I love this character (mainly because it radiates some from of character if you know what I mean). It looks relaxed, confident and in charge... quite a lot for a (not so little) sprite!You could fine tune some colors, yes, but I'm now so used to it that it would look rather strange I thing...

I agree with the color overload assessment. I think taking the purple shirt to a more earthy tone would work better, but I've been too lazy to change it.

Parts of it seem to use too much colours for my liking, such as the purply shirt, browny pants and greeny left arm (his left). BUT I really dig the guns, his head and the totally bodacious right hand and glove. The expression is also most excellent.

Ya, this is definitely one of the top pieces. I like the new order by favorites feature, but it'll be nice when you finish the "ranking" feature sedge. No pressure.
