I think that good idea is to do the dithering (like ,for example,in my 'jin"=)) -it's so much work to do that,but in my opinion that will look better.Quite good palette,but the lightest colour isn't nice for me.4points.

and it is transparent, did it in paint.net, its transparent damn it! your just blind....

only crit is to aa the outlines, kinda sharp atm.  also, add tranceparencies if you know how to (i thihnk you can find it in the faq)
