It looks awesome! Love the colours. The Dr. Doom esque face is superb.

some parts of this are amazing, and some parts are really letting it down imo, you were probably going for a mix of different things but it's so sad since the jacket and those things in the back are really well done, other parts seem to lack like the glasses look beveled, it doesn't cast a shadow onto the head and the head's shading just doesn't suit the head atall.. Again I understand you were going for something different but I think it could be much better.

neat! i like the dithering a lot setz as well as the colours.  The front character seems like he's being squished together by something to me.
