Yeah, the dithering is wrong, but I like the character

you should go back to its line-art and then pick a lightsource (tip: use more difference in colour between the lightest and the darkest colour)

The pixelling style/dithering is odd but the pixel is original and not too bad.

Too much random colours or "dithering" if I would go as far as to calling it that
