This is a compilation of some game related pixel art I came up with for a school project last year. I'm planning to continue working on this and create some kind of crazy top down action/strategy game. The game will most likely use an isometric perspective with 8 directions for movement (e.g. Michael Jackson's Moonwalker ).
The slightly gigeresque beastie you can see here could end up being a boss for the game. Don't ask what it is . I just started drawing it one day and this is what it turned into.
Any feedback, particularly in regard to technique, would be great.

Update: I've changed the background colour to the one I use in paint to make the whole thing easier to see.
