I finally got around to finishing up a running animation. I'm aware of the problems, and the shading could be a bit more refined, but right now I just want to move on. I'm pretty proud and satisfied with this how it is, for now. Still have two more characters to develop, more animations, and more enemies to think of. Feel free to comment or critique, though I can't say any of it will be put to good use for a while.
UPDATE: Fixed the scarf animation. Better or worse?

When I first saw the pic where he's standing with arms crossed, I liked it and I told it begged to be animated - I'm glad you did animate him and I like how it turned out, two-ended scarf or not :)
Yes, he did at first (I even have the original sprite up here with said scarf), but I decided to go with one. That could very well change in the future, I haven't fully decided yet.
Well, this is a running animation for one of the characters in a game I'm working on, so I only had this guy in mind for the animation. However, I guess after I get a boss' sprite done or something, I could very well do something like that. Glad it's considered funny though, part of what I was trying to do with this. :)
This gave me a good laugh. thee hee! It would be killer if you added an horrible monster running after it. Or very little people running away from it, while it crushes their houses.
