Riva, this is ment for a normal screenres, however there will be a thick black border above and below the "level" where you will see different stats, such as your life, different items and so on. And about the hero, I can't agree with you, I think he looks cool hehe 
I think I will work more on the cars like you said, I actually redrew the tileset a couple of times to match the cars, but now that you mention it I can see that it's the other way around 
I'll add some mockup scenes later where you'll see how this will look in game!

´Maybe I'll update it or maybe I'll wait until the game is finished showing you some screenshots! And yes, this will be a playable game the furthest police car looks to bright, but other then that this is fantasitic!!
