Ok, I took a combonation of my face (via a mirror), Trey Spruance's photo, and the good old MSPAINT.EXE. This was a portrait for a character in a story I am working on for nationstates.

I agree with Leel. I'm sending this back for revision. You can post this in the forums and refine it a lot more. This is very sloppy work and definitely hints of a photo reduction. If I'm wrong, fine... just prove your skills in the WIP section
egad, it's so.. unrefined. You can do much better. What's with the tiny bit of dithering on the side and then large sketchy chunks of pixels? It looks muddy. Post this in the WIP forum, it has great potential and with a little work you could make it really cool
