Its probably final version of this tile set that I made for my game called Invers. I have 24x24px version - old one, and you can find it here:

Im using 9 colors for tile and about 12-14 colors for each character.

Something about the green gun - hes a remake from this sprite:

Cool, but it's too much saturated.
Maybe if you made it brighter it would be better, and you wouldn't need to lose the saturation and the cartoony feel.
