why did you use 195 colors? thats way too much! Like vanSchmidt said, line arts ok but it does look like there is 2 lightsources.

wow color overkill. how did this happen? and serious lack of AA even despite all these colours.

seems like you got the point of pixelart for the lines, but skipped through the coloring section of the tutorial. ;)
