I'm not sure what TIF is. I used to be in "The" Junior clan which was TF, but I wasn't in TIF, whatever that is. I use RuneCrypt, and Runescape Community, and this site, and that's about it. If you see them anywhere else it's ripped.
I think you looked too much at MisterXman's pixels, the way of shading and the colours are quite the same... So, its quite unoriginal... and remove the black outlining... you dont see it on some spots, and on other spots you see the linework too much...
