The face is lovely and very expressive. The ears seem really high on the head though - general rule of thumb, top of the ears are level with the eyes, bottom of the ears are level with the mouth.
Looks nice, but I'd probably up the cotnrast a bit on the face so it looks less flat, and mayeb add another shade, because the cheeks and chin and forehead aren't really defined enough (in my opinion anyway :P)
