I've attempted submitting this piece in the past and it was rejected just as the car, so I've put it into a scene.

it wasnt accepted because of poor quality.  it is very jagged, and far to many colors.  wither it is made with filters, or you need a better program.

actually that is a snapshot from my game I'm working on, white grid lines are temporary.

everything has millions of random colors. that why it wasnt accepted. and it wont be again. what program do you use?
