It's seems to me you pasted some images over each other. I am also not a big fan of the tons of AA used on the way out of proportion. In fact there are tons of anatomy issues in this picture. Clean up the hand fix the pose and posture. And make the pic more dynamic and you will have a nice sprite.
the guy with the gun looks awesome, but the gun might use some AA on parts, the silver guy looks odd: the hand doesn't look his since its the only part thats a different color. the blue guy has no feets :O nice bubble effect, though. His chest looks odd with no highlights like the rest of him
