i agree with boder and infractus, and also, the eyes are at a wrong angle... either put the right eye up higher, or the left eye lower, cause her head is tilted more than the eyes, which makes her look strange...

I think the AA is inconsistent, it looks pixel-y in some places and almost blurry elsewhere.

Maybe have the hair come down further on the scalp. And tilt the mouth a bit.

I think that you can make your eyes more shinny in using one point of white...and the proporsions are not realy good i think...good continuation!
