This is really nice. It's more of an abstract cartoony version of Metal Slug :)

Great improvements in dithering and colors (very miascughish).  However the fiery explosions aren't bright enough, the smoke is pillow-shaded and the perspective, though exaggerated, is still a bit off.  You are coming a long way, though.

I think it has issues with depth and lighting, but I can see how much you're improving. Nice job.

I'd really love it if there was a backdrop in this peice!

I like the image as a whole, the pallete immediately struck me as yours.  The sky seems a bit empty, though.
