Not metallic, just a 'love machine'. Metallic is just the simplest way to acomplish this. Cupid by itself is more of a love icon so your entry may get overlooked.

Yup, has to be a machine ;)
You could simply make like, a rip in his flesh and that he shows robotic parts there.

This came out great, I only have trouble seeing the 'machine' in it. Maybe the flesh tone could be recolored to be more metallic, or some other thing :/
