This is my first real try at pixel art. I'm sure you viewers were wanting more than just an eye but I wanted to start small with a small subject matter. I'd love to thank the people at Pixelation for their input. Below are the reference pictures I used.

The first one I drew myself and used to get the basic shapes down then I used the second picture (which is the original photo from Vogue magazine) for shading just so I could get it right as well as fix minor problems in my drawing.

I hope my dithering was used effectively in this piece but I'll leave that for you people to decide.
