The animation was top notch... untill the last part. that was just weird :p

also, i am a little annoyed by how your outlines has the brightest colors furthest out.

u could also freeze the anymation when the fade stops (freeze on the bones, then on the muscles and on the skin)... i want to analyze the muscles but its hard =P

Really interesting. I agree the transitions would deserve to be a bit slower so we can see better what happens. As a sidenote I'm not a big fan of the final character design :)
