I think the card is "Shock" (at least that's the one it reminds me of), and this doesn't look too much like that, just a similar pose.

Edit: Forgot to mention: Love the piece! Crazy feeling/atmosphere. The way the lightning kind of blends into the clouds is really cool for me. The use of big pixels is just really interesting...

Were the guy and the lightning bolt inspired by a Magic the Gathering card? It really reminds me of one, I'm sure there's a card on which a guy is struck by a lighning bolt. Can't remember the name though, and I don't have my cards here.If it is based of it I think you should mention your reference material.

the lightning is not understood a lot… but the final result and of effect… compliments beautiful job

Very nice! The bolt should stick out a bit more. It almost blends in with the sky. Other than that, great!

Great pic. When I first saw it I thought it was a decent piece but then I read that it was 2px and was impressed. I've never tried to do wide pixel art but I feel I ought to one day, it seems like it'd be quite the challenge.
