I Agree with mini about the default colors,   Try double clicking on a color and Define your own,   also,  the text Saying fish pop is Really hard to read.                         Maybe make the image bigger too!

All in all i'd say it isnt That Great.

I suppose this is your avvy so I will comment as if it is. It will be your online identity here so it too small. Be bold go bigger. The blue name on the red looks fuzzy because of the color jumping. Did you try it in white?
It has potential but should be refined a little.

hmm i suggest using different colours on the bakgroud instead of the ms paint default ones.
