Well, since I decided not to use this character for my fighting game, I'll post him here. There are lot's of things that could have been done better, but since I'm not going to use him, I wont change anything...

Why aren't you using him :O He's really awesome imo. Reminds me of Brook from One Piece. I guess it's the afro lol.
